Preemio's very own Hockey Team
HC Preemio is a recreational ice hockey team founded in 2016. HC Preemio defines its own activities and is run by its active players. The highlights of the season include the Savilahden Derbies against Kuolo EisBären, as well as other matches and tournaments.
University League
In the 2023-2024 season, HC Preemio will participate in the national university league, which will have a significant impact on the entire club's activities.
The team will have a total of 4 matches in the regular season, and the league will culminate in the final tournament in Vaasa.
The goal of the league is to develop student sports together and provide unforgettable experiences for all students, both on and off the rink.
Practices
HC Preemio primarily trains during the weekly Sykettä sessions for university students.
In the 2022-2023 season, around 30 different players were involved in the team's activities, with the goal of growing every year.
There are also plans to introduce new activities around the team, aiming to foster a sense of community through physical activity and sports.

The team has grown over the past few years, and new players are constantly being sought as the old club legends transition into the workforce.
If you're interested in a relaxed and authentic atmosphere, feel free to join the activities. The team welcomes everyone, regardless of skill level. All you need is a full set of equipment.
