Investment Club

The Preemio Investment Club, commonly known as the Club, was founded in 2014 as a subgroup of Preemio. The purpose of the club is to enhance the financial literacy of its members, develop investment skills, and bring together university students in Kuopio who are interested in finance and investing. This is achieved by organizing a variety of events, with a focus on the world of investing. Our events include company visits, educational investment-themed events in collaboration with partners, and more casual After Work-style hangouts. A traditional event is the annual Vujubingo held during the anniversary week.

 

The club’s events are open to all, regardless of academic background. Previous investment knowledge or investment assets are not limiting factors, and anyone interested in the topic is most definitely welcome. One of our core values is curiosity: all of our events are designed so that each participant can learn something new.
