Nordiska Ekonomie Studerandes Union (NESU) was founded in the 1950s to enhance Nordic co-operation between the student unions of business schools in the Nordic countries. It is a non-political, non-profit organization aimed for university-level business students in the Nordic countries. NESU does not carry membership fees. All in all, NESU is known for friendly people, amazing atmosphere and crazy sitsit parties and other events that are arranged throughout the year.
As a member of Preemio you are also automatically a member of NESU-Preemio. The main task of the NESU Chairman and his/her team is to arrange sitsit parties in Kuopio. Two of the sitsit parties during the year are arranged by NESU and they are meant for all business students from differents cities. Therefore, the NESU sitsit parties are a great way to make new friends also outside of Kuopio!
